Health coaching is a person centered approach to lifestyle change. Change is difficult.

I am a registered Physiotherapist and ADAPT certified Functional Health Coach. My training, work experience with auto-immune conditions, combined with my compassion and realistic view of health – makes me a well-prepared partner for you in your journey towards better physical and mental health.
